Satisfied With the Bail Plea, SC Grants Bail to DSK in Multi-Crores Investor Fraud Case
On Tuesday, the honorable Supreme Court granted bail to Deepak Sakharam Kulkarni, the jailed director of DSK Group of companies. The Supreme Court bench consisting of justices SA Nazeer & JK Maheshwari heard the bail plea challenging the Bombay high court's order that rejected the bail plea in the case back in August 2021. The Petitioner's counsel advocate Aashutosh Srivastava represented the regular bail petition for DSK filed before the Supreme Court in the Rs 2,043 crore investor fraud case. Mr. Srivastava argued, “The allegations made against DSK are vague and he has been falsely implicated in the alleged offense. He was arrested on February 17, 2018, and has been incarcerated since then and the investigation is already complete
